Guess What?

Did you know? Did you hear the news? The Lord, the eternal God, the creator of the whole world, He doesn’t faint or grow weary. He gives His strength to the fainting and He gives his vigor to the weary. Everyone gets weary but Isaiah 40 says that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will feel like they are soaring with eagles. They will run and not grow tired and they can walk long distances without fainting.

Jesus gave us similar encouraging words. Come unto me all who labor and are burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke (as I walk with you) and learn from me for I am meek and humble of heart and you will find rest for your soul. My yoke is easy and my burden is light.
